10th day in a row posting arts. i tried out shading for the first time and im pretty happy w how it came out on Vox. also for the funny i started sketching out that one frame of Steve Harrington thats been meme'd to death. considering i've never sketched from life it doesn't look too bad

8th day in a row posting daily arts i drew The Drink AKA Trunks. Felt like shit sketching it cause it looked awful at first but after doing lineart and fixing proportions it turned out alright. i think the lesson here is no matter how bad i think something looks i need to follow through #DragonBallZ

posting this because im keeping to what i said about posting what i make daily regardless of quality, so heres a hastily half assed drawn Demogorgon and a bit of Jolene from TTYD. i kinda feel like i've been going backwards in terms of progress but hopefully thats just a temporary slump,

did a bunch of miscellaneous stuff today, sketched a bit more for the jerma thing, then did a random quick sketch of vox while chatting and later spent over an hour drawing shapes and practicing a bit of perspective lol. #HazbinHotel

FINALLY got my tablet in today and spent a while messing around with it getting it to work, for my first venture into having a display i copied a ref from my friend @alecbdoodlin.bsky.social and doodled a slungus courtesy of @slungusposting.bsky.social honestly the fastest I've copied a ref before.

I am genuinely shocked at how good this came out, I decided to try a new approach to sketching creating a sort of proportionally accurate skeleton of the pose I wanted. i managed to not only draw my first unique pose but also my first full body render. #HazbinHotel
