She has plans?

You can see why a lot of what the UAE is/does appeals to folk like Tice and it seems to be a bolt hole for many with similar view. If I were in the UAE ruling class, I'd be a bit worried that these folk might decide they want to run the place instead.

The magic money tree is full of gifts...

Does she write this garbage herself? And would it not have been the Tories in power over the period the Chinese did all this building? Maybe they should have done similar then.

Good to see the Lib Dems drawing level with the Tories. Need to be more visible and noisy though to keep the forward momentum.

Her ignorance and narrow mindedness continue to astound.

He never learned much from it though, looking at his take on things.

A decent education opens so many doors for people beyond work.

Yep, more hypocrisy from the Tories. Their conference has been a timely reminder of just how unpleasant and bereft of any competence and talent they are these days.

Quite the journey.

He and his mates could have just pissed into their Budweiser bottles (see bus) and automatically had another round ready to quaff. The future of our country ladies and gents!

Well, well. Never saw this coming. An advocate for Sharia Law and Banking and a society where the bulk of its citizens are immigrants.

The NF and BNP wishlists have now been mainstreamed. How low we've sunk as a society.

And lots of scumbags laughing along.

Glad Ed Davey is calling him out on this.

Even if that's not their intention, their words and interventions may inspire others to go in that direction. It's so vile and dangerous. And when things do deteriorate, the original movers often get swept aside.

Listening to Chris Philps speech at the Tory conference. Listening to the twat, you'd never have thought the Tories had been in power for 14 years until last summer.

Sadly, we seem to be heading down into a deep and dangerous sewer.

The parliamentary party is the dregs already. Electing Jenrick would result in them and Reform getting ever more extreme. God only knows how Labour would react. You hope it'd be a pivit back to centre/left, but these days, any damn thing is possible.

Maybe, but when it comes to the Crunch(ie), she's usually found to be lacking. And politics is a Marathon not a sprint. But I don't give a Daime about the fate of the Tories. I just want to live peacefully in my Quality Street, tending my Roses. Celebrations when she gets deposed though.
jonty24.bsky.social
Indeed. Being the Tory leader is certainly no Picnic.

Its this sort of error that Mars a conference. Not the Boost she was looking for really. Though if she fancies a bit of a dance like Theresa May, maybe she'll give us a Twirl. But that's another Topic.

When your parliamentary party has been reduced to the dregs.....
