Can you please give us a clue when a ceasefire is going to be declared.

Following last night’s non-event with Trump and Putin it looks no closer, so this whole (Telegraph) story is unlikely to happen.

The 3rd party must show:

A direct and lawful interest in the subject matter (e.g. reputational, legal, or professional impact)
That their intervention would assist the tribunal in reaching a fair decision
That it would not prejudice the parties or disrupt proceedings

You fail on all these.

There are specific procedures as regards Rule 49 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024

A person or entity with a legitimate interest in the case may:
Apply to revoke or vary a privacy-related order
Make representations to the tribunal about how disclosure affects them

Not misconduct.

She isn’t a KC.

Get your facts right.

She isn’t a KC.

You might at least try and make some small effort to get your facts right.

There are Scottish Rules of Procedure which you obviously don’t understand, and (as your site is now based in the US to get round the legal issues you have in the UK) you don’t have a direct interest.

The brilliant England vs India test series should help the fight for Test Cricket’s future.

I am not saying it will, just that it can’t harm having just had such an amazing 5 day match.

I think the Chancellor should increase duty by 1p at the next budget.

The general public won’t notice it, as fuel is fairly low in price now, it will break the ongoing fear, and would add £260m/year for the Treasury, based on current fuel consumption figures.

It would also pay for the WFA change.

How much is due to:

1) Anti-Musk Sentiment?
2) Engagement Farming?
3) Increase of Hatred?
4) The Lack of Nuance (Either For Me Or Against Me)?
5) The Lack of Moderation (That Works)?
6) No Longer Supplying what Twitter Provided?
7) It Just Isn’t Fun Anymore?

BlueSky might also need to be careful.

Also… on what planet is ‘premium economy’ a ‘luxury flight’.
April 12, 2025 at 7:33 AM
Absolutely.

As I wrote BTL on the actual article.

There are over 20,000 staff in DEFRA, and 230 odd of these flights in a year doesn’t seem over the top.

DEFRAs spend is over £2.7bn, so this is about 0.02% of their budget.

“Believe the anti-hype. It’s that bad.. It represents a new low for cultural desecration and for a venerable 102-year-old entertainment company that now looks at its source material with a pinched nose of disgust.”

Ouch.

It wasn’t something to be proud of. It was wrong.

But we turned up (and our people died) because the Americans asked for support.

NATO turned up in Afghanistan (and they lost people) because American asked and invoked Article 5 (the only time it has happened).

We fought alongside the US.

I am half Greek and half Welsh.

Adopted into an English family at a few months old via Dr Barnardo’s.

An ex public school boy and season ticket holder at the Oval.

What does that make me?

As English as I can be. I think.

I even support Man Utd and live in Surrey.
