I hit my 75th workout milestone! I have been at this 6 months now and have been a little complacent lately. Back at it now with renewed motivation to hit my goals.

This is the brand I buy here in the US. They also have a GF Blueberry flavor. I generally do not like GF bread, but these taste like waffles should taste and crunch.

4 days in and going well so far. Averaging 4-5 hours per night which is way better than recent nights on the full mask. I actually like the nose seal much better.

Switching my CPAP mask from full to nasal. I.cant keep the mask on for more than an hour each night. Hoping this is the change I need.

It's funny because in my early 30's my identity was tied to coffee. In my house growing up, you had coffee at every meal. My parents still do.
