I personally think the ability to bomb spam a bit better immediately after respawning before you reach the fight is really nice, as well as if you're a bit locked out to throw bombs and get special, so I like it

obviously it's a little more deep and complex than that but that's how I roughly look at it. and maybe comeback is still worth it tho idk lol

If you're not running qr then comeback would not be active nearly as much during the game, if you're dying 10 times a game that's comeback for almost 2/3rds of the game, whereas with only 4-6 deaths that can be like 1/5th of it, so its benefits would have to be 5x more valuable than a constant main

would you be opposed to bubble buffs if they were explicitly dealing with zooka, or do you just want it not better under any circumstances since that would make it picked more?
