Hearing about the experiences of nurses working in conflict areas -120beds-700 patients, only 1 operating theatre
Mass casualties 70 -100 with major traumatic injuries,up to 50% children,only 3 units of blood.So sad to hear this.Credit to those working there under such horrific conditions #RCN25
