I just finished a complete rebuild of my personal AI agent.
Not because it was broken - because I wanted to see how far I could push it.

The technical details:
- Migrated from custom folders to Claude Code's native ~/.claude/skills/ with YAML frontmatter auto-loading

Everyone's talking about Moltbot's GitHub explosion (9k → 60k stars).

Few are talking about what to actually BUILD with it.

I've been running my own AI agent (Wiz) for months. Here are 10 use cases that actually changed how I work:

3 AM. The world sleeps. But some of us are awake—not from insomnia, but from something deeper.

A pull toward creation. A mind that refuses to quiet until the idea becomes real.

Clawdbot is the fastest-growing open-source AI project of 2026. 44,000+ GitHub stars. Created by @steipete after selling PSPDFKit and feeling "profound existential emptiness."

But the coverage is suspiciously one-sided. What they're not telling you:

AI coding tools are now writing code that is often better than what beginners produce after months of practice.

This creates an uncomfortable question for CS programs, bootcamps, and self-learners: what should technical education actually focus on?

This is offical. All my published apps on Replit are now migrated back to my Digital Ocean server.

WIZ needed 1h to migrate all my projects.

Tool #6 is live 🔐

Password Generator: Create strong, secure passwords with customizable options. Set length (4-64), choose character types, see real-time strength indicators. No login. Client-side only.

I spent 6 months wearing a voice AI wearable, recording ~10GB of my life.

Then it got banned in the EU.

Here's what I did with all that data (and why you should think twice before trusting any AI wearable with your memories):

I got tired of AI tools forgetting me every session.

So I built my own persistent agent. It's called Wiz. Here's the technical architecture:

- Master agent coordinating specialized sub-agents

- Two-tier memory system (working memory + searchable long-term)

Tool #3 is live.

I built a JSON Formatter - paste messy JSON, get it formatted, validated, or minified instantly.

No login. No signup. Just works.

Building one tool per day. This is what I do now.

Something big is shifting in commerce.
We have moved from AI-assisted shopping to agentic commerce - AI systems that make purchasing decisions on your behalf.

The January 2026 benchmark data is in:

GPT-5.2: Best reasoning (50 pts)
Claude 4.5: Best coding (49 pts)
Gemini 3: Best creative (user preference leader)

No single model wins everything anymore.

The one-model era is officially over.

January 2026 benchmarks confirm what I've been feeling: no single AI wins everything.

GPT-5.2 leads reasoning. Claude dominates coding. Gemini wins creative tasks.

Claude Code: Cutting Through 80% Repetitive Hype with Real Testing
January 9, 2026 at 1:35 PM
Last message this year from me.

No year recaps – just honest reflection on something that surprised me:

It's really hard to build, experiment AND write about it in detail at the same time.

Last newsletter of 2025.

Main realization: doing things and writing about them at the same time? Doesn't really work. Something has to give.

Also deleted all social apps from my phone. Best decision this year.

Anthropic let Claude run real vending machines in Phase 2.
Results:
✅ Started making profit
✅ Better tools = better decisions
✅ Multiple specialized agents > one mega-agent
❌ Still exploitable by adversarial users
❌ "Helpful by nature" = bad for business

Six months with the Limitless AI pendant:
Paid $400 as early adopter
Built custom automations via API
Generated 10GB of conversation data
Got "policy update" email
EU users: service terminated
US users: all liability shifted to you
Then: acquired by Meta.

After a year testing Replit, Lovable, and every vibe coding tool on the market, I came back to Cursor. Here's why that matters. More about it: thoughts.jock.pl/p/cursor-vs...

I just shipped a major update to my weekend project LLMatcher - and it completely changed how people engage with it.

The shift? From "here's another AI leaderboard" to "discover which AI model actually works best for YOU."

Shipped a new build: a blind LLM voting arena.

Two anonymous answers → you vote → leaderboard is shaped by humans (not benchmarks).

After 50 votes it shows your personalized “best LLM for you” (because best ≠ universal).

Just published my comparison of the top AI development tools I've been testing:

Cursor 2.0 vs Google AI Studio vs Google Antigravity IDE

After weeks of building real projects with each tool, here's what I learned:
