I'm considering publishing. It was interesting to see the different points of view on the subject. AI said it was acceptable either way, but I went further because AI is wrong so often.

One person in the debate felt that only poets of Emily Dickinson's reputation can get away with not using titles. But with the modern poetry I've read, I don't like the titles. As you said, finding my own way around without guideposts. Especially if the overall collection is a journey.

My cat is insistent about being with me while I write. So he's absolutely UNGLUED when I sit on the front porch and work. We've talked about enclosing the porch like a catio, but it really isn't practical.

Yes! I love seeing everything and yet my soul needs nature. It's a balancing act. The Vatican is huge and they've amassed a huge amount of art. Hard to take it all in. It's so big, they have cafeterias and restaurants where you can stop to eat & let your feet rest.

It was quite an experience. But we loved Italy as much as the other countries we've visited & hoped to see a friend's handcrafted communion chalice acquired by the Vatican, but it was probably in the archives. So much to see & experience! I'm torn, I love seeing the sights, but also hiking/camping.

I don't fly often because of the time a TSA agent acting inappropriately, but I've never had an encounter with a dog. However, going into Italy we had eight different officials wait at our train compartment to check our passports, etc. Very intimidating.

A friend was pulled off a plane because the drug sniffing #dogs had singled out his luggage. In full view of everyone on the plane, he had to open his suitcase on the tarmac for inspection. Turns out it was a very "fragrant" set of gym clothes. 🤪
