Finally, use ChatGPT to craft a short, punchy caption based on your script.

For extra SEO, I sometimes copy the entire script after the title.

And don't forget to add a trending sound that's relevant to your niche before posting!

Use Mock-ups!

These PSD files make finalising your design a breeze.

My go-to site is envato, but there are others. I find the mock-up I need (for example, worn book covers for the first slide and paper prints for the others).

Then simply drag and drop my designs into the smart layer in Photoshop.

The Slides

I’m targeting book-lovers, so I design it to reflect that. Still inside Figma, I keep it simple, using fonts, colours, and spacing to mimic the feel of a book.

Use bold, italics, and highlights to make key points stand out.

(I also like adding my social handle to each slide!)

Cover Slide

With an aspect ratio of 4:5, I take my hook and design a compelling cover in Figma - mix fonts to grab attention!

For visuals, I source stock-free images from pexels, pixabay or Google.

If the image doesn’t fit the slide dimensions, I use Photoshop's AI generative fill to make it fit.

“I need each slide to spark emotion or curiosity. Suggest 3 alternative endings for each slide. The goal is to provoke thought or introspection in a brief, impactful way. e.g: 'What happened next changed everything' or 'What if we’ve been wrong all along?' Keep them short and engaging.

Evoke curiosity and emotion

To keep your audience swiping, you need to evoke emotion at the end of each slide.

Here’s how: Copy your script into ChatGPT with the prompt on the following thread (save it for later):

What do you want to say?

I copy my post into my notes app, adjust the length, and break it into sections for each slide.

I also identify the key points I want to highlight. From there, I craft a strong hook to grab attention.

Keep the slides concise, engaging, and impactful.

Adobe says the app is built for “a new generation of creators” used to working on mobile.

While the UI is optimised for mobile, Adobe claims this is not just a casual editing app.

Will it replace a laptop? Probably not. But it could be a serious option for on-the-go design.
