More distractions. I'm sure the thinking was something like "Let's feed them a helping of Clinton and the black guy (Michael Jackson) and that'll make them Democrats shut up."

Why isn't the DOJ also calling for an immediate pause on 9 mm Glock sales?

The federal government ran a deficit of $1.8 trillion in fiscal year 2025. Let me put it this way, $1,800,000,000,000. Yes, 11 zeroes. So, let's give away a few billion, as that's only in the 9 zeros range.

When did the US Government checkbook become Trump's personal checkbook? Why does the US Government have a budget when the President spends money however he sees fit? Hey US Congress, WAKE UP!!! DO YOUR JOB! Protect our purse from pilfering Trump.

And when he's asked about it next week he'll say he never said that. Pretty predictable modus operandi.

As someone once said, "hope is not a plan".

Today's multiple choice question: Any time President Trump says, or posts on Truth Social, anything, it is:
A. A lie
B. All in his imagination
C. Jibberish
D. All of the above
If you answered D, you are correct. Unfortunately, you/we still have 1,133 days of putting up with it.

Yes, but this cancellation worked out for her anyway. She was able to squeeze in a Botox injection appointment in its place. It worked out for the American public as well. We didn't have to hear any more lying from her in front of Congress.

I would like my own decision, but can't because the Trump administration won't release the video. They happily release all videos that show how macho they are blowing up things, but won't this one. Is it because it'll show what belligerent cowards they are?
December 12, 2025 at 10:22 AM
You can take that to the bank, or rather Trump will

Good for you Indiana Republicans. Now we just have to get all Republicans not named Trump to think about their their responsibilities to their constitution, their constituents and their backyard, and not just heed everything Trump wants, so he can continue to feed his ego and line his pockets.

Who's surprised the Trump administration voted with Russia?
December 11, 2025 at 8:30 AM
Good to see the Trump Administration is working hard to solve the important, big, common issues all us Americans are dealing with every day ... NOT

If you're thinking about investing in SpaceX, think first about the fact Musk will maintain 50+% of the stock and so he'll be able to take in an astronomical paycheck, like at Tesla, long before investors get a return, if they ever do. As they say on Shark Tank, I'm out.

With Trump's nose in there, serious dialogue can't/won't happen.

I'm looking for a smart law firm out there that will file a class action lawsuit, on behalf of all taxpayers, to stop the President from spending our money. Congress has that constitutional power. The President does not.
December 9, 2025 at 12:43 AM
They all probably had significant $$ to line Trump's pockets with.
December 9, 2025 at 12:26 AM
Actually, what is being missed is that every future president will have this power. Republicans in Congress are effectively allowing Trump, and all future presidents, to usurp their power.

Another war for our Nobel Prize seeking President to stop. Oh wait, he already stopped this one months ago. I guess if he stops it again we can up the count of wars he's stopped to 9.

Why not just do what the Trump administration did during the first term with NAFTA. Keep Obamacare basically in place, but re-name it to something that strokes Trump's ego. How about Trumpcare? It's a win-win-win for Republicans, Democrats and the average Americans that rely on Obamacare.
