Disgraceful. How we can proclaim we are the greatest nation, while we have some of the greatest inequality.. it’s just hubris that they think selling the masses on exceptionalism and fantasy will forever keep people from believing what they see with their own eyes.

Hey Andy, I’m Joe, and I have been a Nintendo fan since the NES!! While I am system agnostic and own them all; Ninty’s consoles are my favorite each generation. From NES To Switch (and soon to be Switch 2) we can discuss it all! Great to meet you! Let’s follow each other!

I don’t fear any of that. There is so much “a.i. slip” out there that it will increase the value of the human who creates with their own hands and own tools. Likewise some truly creative person with a vision but lack of raw skills now has an outlet to express that work. I see it as an equalizer.

Now, people shouldn’t just crib people style without bringing something transformative to the work. They shouldn’t attempt to pass off work as legit work as well. However I think the real issues some artist is having is the ghost in the machine, and the democratization of this technology.

As a person who dabbles in art myself, I believe artist have a right for their work to be protected. I also know you can’t copyright a style, only works. One of my favorite Simpson episodes is THOH XXV; the Simpsons transforms into a host of popular animated styles.
