I used to be one of those getting angry at Trump from afar, but I've come to accept it. They voted him in this time with open arms knowing exactly what he was like from literal prior experience. Everyone in that country has to suffer the consequences for any kind of change.

If you're American and angry at Trump, that's okay. But your country voted him in, because your political system straight up sucks, so... 🤷‍♂️

Just found out the @bsky.app app is written with React Native. It's been usually easy to tell a React Native app apart from a native one, but I had no idea at all with this one. Super impressive.

Extra tidbit about me - I bought a drone a little while ago and have been practicing with it. Still getting to grips with what I can get out of it and where to go! Here's a recent video of a village called Chatton in Northumberland.

I think a big thing that's helped my mental health is not being exposed to political and social battles and negativity online. It's toxic, it's draining, and it's never-ending. So I'm trying to only follow accounts that only share what I want to see.

I decided to delete all of my social media apps for 2024, with Instagram being the exception though unfollowing everyone I didn't personally know. A nice little experiment and has helped me with my focus and general outlook on things.
