International education tuition should reasonable and capped.

@AmeliasBrain @sundogplanets Sask is certainly gorgeously surreal, but as a tagline I think it will not age well. It relies on the ever changing subjective experience. Land of Living Skies, though, that just keeps firing the imagination. So much so that this idea influenced a novel of mine […]
