Thinking about it for even a moment and they should realize those stats are supporting that there is still a systemic issue with law enforcement.

When I see people claiming some arbitrary group is more likely to commit crime it pisses me off. The stats are they are more likely to be charged and/or convicted, and that's not saying they are more likely to commit.
