Nearly half of voters (48 percent) think the nation's economy is getting worse, 30 percent think it's getting better, and 21 percent think it's staying about the same.

Basically manufacturing job losses are running at a rate of twice as much as is being currently reported because of an ongoing error in a BLS model (that is supposed to be fixed next year).

That's not to minimize the job market for new grads, it is rough.
