Blue Sky needs to implement a "web of trust" where everyone is blocked by default not within your circle. If someone engages with (likes or friends) someone in your circle, then they become viewable (likes) then visible. This would be optional at first, but enabled by default after enough traction.

It's so nice to see like minded people in my feed, and not arbitrarily pushed agenda filled vitriolic psychopaths.

Best thing about Bluesky is it does exactly what you want from a low content messaging social media platform. And it does it well.

Worst part for me about all these women dying due to pregnancy complications hospitals refuse to care for, are the same people who dragged family members out of the hospital with COVID. And both scenarios equals death.
