I'm not sure I follow what we're arguing about. Kevin Kruse asked if anyone could translate that person's response because he was having trouble understanding it. I offered what I thought that person said. You then responded as though I said it. So what exactly are we arguing about?

Sure, there are lots of responses to this person's concern. I was just rephrasing it, as requested, because it was apparently difficult for some people to parse.

My read on that comment is that this person is asking what tools voters have to hold elected official accountable for unacceptable behavior if the voters have to vote for that official regardless of how the official behaves in office.
