Each party is trying to make the shutdown as punishing as possible. Meanwhile actual people are hurting.

How does he think that this is some sort of flex? Johnson is a speaker and could easily work towards fixing the health care system. They don't care, at all. Like immigration, they don't want solutions... just election talking points.
