Of greatest clinical relevance, 86% of studies found insight was associated with therapeutic benefit. Notably, the relationship was often stronger than mystical-type experiences, which have received more research attention.

Hi Mark. It's been years since I've engaged with Kastrup's work, and I wasn't aware of his association with Chopra until you mentioned it. But his metaphysical stance is unapologetically idealist, and this book delves into topics such as near-death experiences and UFOs...so quackery is not far away.

I've long thought that hemispheric lateralisation could be an important lens for understanding psychedelic phenomenology and sequelae. Adam Levin's recent paper finally addresses this previously neglected topic.
