It's been a long fucking stretch since I walked away from Twitter, and I've had a really strong inclination to avoid jumping to the next compromised-by-scale thing, which Bluesky feels like it is despite otherwise decent vibes. But shit sucks lately and I have FOMO and so I'm provisionally caving.

I just reread Starfish under similar circumstances, it's sort of back and forth between those two and then over to the Southern Reach books. Not quite due for yet another Dune reread, I haven't hit the "I wish it were twenty thousand years from now and we got rid of computers and humor" spot yet.
