Clinically it's very common to see neurologic and physical improvement in patients who supplement B12. Raising levels from low normal to high normal can make a big difference.

To reduce anger it's better to meditate, do yoga, or progressive muscle relaxation. Vigorous activity doesn't alleviate anger unless that activity is fun.

Evidence shows that if you run between 3 to 12 miles a week you will tend to have better joint health than the average person. If you run >18 miles a week, you are more likely to have arthritis in the hip and knees joints long term.

1) smoking
2) obesity
3) drinking

Definitely get your B12 tested and if your healthcare provider says 'it's normal', it probably is still low. I like most of my patients above 600 minimally.

Vitamin D goal: between 40-60. It's a weird Vitamin where you need higher amounts to get a higher level and then need low amounts to maintain it.
Sun helps but most ppl don't have adequate levels.
