Did a “burn your turkey” workout at daughter’s martial arts class this morning.

Injuries:
❌ Landed on left knee funny.
❌ Hurt right heel.

I’m listed on my employer’s injury list as “questionable” for the week.

Lesson: I don’t know. Would try again.
