2/2 Key quote from the SRI lead researcher: "Phone use before bedtime can delay sleep by increasing arousal and quickly becomes a habit that is difficult for kids to break ...,” Baker pointed out. “If families can change one thing, it would be to not allow phones in the bedroom when it is bedtime.”

(2/2 reply) Also, I think you need to define decolonization in the context of archaeology, if you want a good answer. It is a word that means wildly different things to different people.

(1/2 reply) I don't think your statement is true. I have heard archaeologists say that they talk to descendant communities before digging (before even starting a project) and if the descendent communities are not in favor, they don't do the project. So that would involve not digging.

DecodeME data is entirely stuff like this: 30.5% of people without ME/CFS have random gene SNP, but 31.1% of people with ME/CFS have the same SNP. Then they conclude that this SNP is important to ME/CFS! That is silly. They are seizing on crumbs of evidence. DecodeME found 8 pieces of random noise.

2/2 My take on "entitlement": This year, more starters, and more in between starter and backup. So less clear gap between the two. Therefore (hopefully!) less entitlement in locker room and no end of year collapse. I am an optimist!
