Spent this week doing at least 20 minutes of 1 min minute gesture studies each day using @trueref.bsky.social gesture tool. I ended up spending a little over one minute per drawing on the last page (first image) but still tried to keep it loose.

Altogether I spent roughly 37 hours and 45 minutes on them (on average about 3 hours 15 minutes each). I also used about 4cm of a Faber-Castell 2B pencil (about 41p worth) and 8 pieces of Daler Rowney fine grain drawing paper (£1.48).

Spent ages getting this gradient as smooth as I could manage so I could hack away at it with a rubber. Very satisfying.
