Making parathas with my two Indian friends is one of my favorite memories from PhD times. I forgot how to do them, but that's such a comfort food (when hot).

This is how free market absolutists think: we don't need state agencies to protect citizens, because they might be overly restrictive. Let the market figure it out: if something is dangerous people will figure it out with time and the good treatments will survive. Some people will not, but... yeah.
