As Chair of our Disability Working Group, I’ve seen the hard work of a committed and inclusive group of staff and barristers take us from a standing start in 2021 to becoming the first chambers accredited as a Disability Confident Leader in 2025. A milestone, not an endpoint. #DisabilityConfident
