The knitting is still keeping me sane, making mini's for the village fete that will fit in 2" boxes for the lucky dip now. Managed 30 critters last year. Rather liking the croc.

Did the deed, birdie was very unsure at first this evening and flew off so was worried it might have been put off, but checked again and all snugged up now and hopefully a cosier nights sleep. 😀

Phew! added moss and wool earlier but was worried birdie might think something off, I wasn't wrong. Came back but clearly confused and unsure so flew off 😨. But thankfully came back and now settled down after checking it was safe. Now all snugged up and hopefully a bit warmer now. 😄

What a day to break down, but luckily gorgeous young guy was outside my house so got to warm up inside with a coffee, he learnt some English and I learnt some Punjabi. Battery was flat apparently so hopefully he will be ok now.

Had this bird box up for 3 years and no one has used it other than a hop in and out but spotted someone in and out this morning, now saw this little fluff ball hunkering down for the night. Wish I had put some of my needle felting wool in there now! 😍

Kitchen still needs loads doing so what does my AuDHD brain demand? Seek out pink dye to get the exact colour I want to knit piglets ears now Eeyore is almost done. 😂Although I did manage to find the tiny radiator leak to explain pressure drop in tank.

Lovely day with my nephew and his girlfriend and chuffed how much she loves the matching kitty I made for her for xmas.

We love them here, even my neighbour who keeps chickens. Apart from being gorgeous creatures they help keep the rat populations down. Sadly lose more on the roads but some get to stick around. Where I grew up we dreaded the hunt as it was far too close for comfort and pets were at risk.

Fabulous! I've been busy sanding round edges on worktop and oiling it. Grey Osmo to match grey sink I didn't want an orangey oak.

Phew, done for today, rest can wait till after xmas now. Lots still to do and need more doors but need my head to re-group, my AuDHD can't handle too much at once, oiling worktop enough for now and can't think about anymore for now. Bloomin love that double sink!

Kitchens starting to kitchen, he's doing a good job of juggling it all in and making good the crappy second hand units. Won't be finished yet but it's got to be better than what it was!

I don't have a cat for caturday but I do have one I crocheted for my nephews GF for xmas, hopefully with the markings of her cat in roughly the right places.

Oh bless you. Hope you are also feeling better. This is what it's been like here the past month, with the colour trials on worktops stinking the house out as well, having to oil at midnight so me and the dogs don't die from the oil fumes 🤣
