This world we live in makes it hard for people to be their best selves. While it's a nice idea that everyone can get better, that's not the times we find ourselves in. You have to take care of yourself as well in order to help other people.

There was the one that was "you'll never be a woman" that was actually validating from what I remember.

Imagine wanting to learn things organically instead of being handfed...I agree with this and hope that people don't run into this sort of person, no matter what time they start this patch.

At the same time, once someone hurts you for being kind, setting boundaries to keep yourself safe is important.
