Btw, what I'm gonna say today is something I have always wanted to clarify: We aren't at war with Judaism,we aren't antiJew. We respect humanity in all its religions, forms,& colors. (Isn't it beautiful when a person can feel their complete humanity without any conditions?)

year-old Palestinian writer and poet currently living in a shelter in Deir al-Balah, Gaza. This is my final and only hope for survival.
I am writing to you today with an urgent plea for help to evacuate from Gaza. My friends from around the world encouraged me to reach out to fellow writers and institutions, in the hope of saving me from the imminent threat to my life amid the ongoing genocide.
I have a body of work-poetry and prose-that has received much support. My writing and my voice are my only tools to defend my right to live and speak freely. Yet, under constant bombardment, I cannot focus on my work nor hold a pen to practice my passion in peace.
I am an internally displaced person, having been forced to flee more than 15 times after my home was destroyed. My health is failing; I suffer from severe internal inflammation, and despite three months of treatment, my condition has not improved. My physical and mental health are deteriorating rapidly.
I appeal to you, as fellow human beings and as defenders of freedom of expression, to help me continue my path in peace, away from death, starvation, and violence. I urgently request your assistance for evacuation for myself and my family. Please save my words, my voice, and my poetry.
I am available for immediate contact and willing to provide any additional documentation or undergo interviews as required. Please take my request with the utmost seriousness and urgency.
Thank you for considering my appeal. I have attached my CV and samples of my work for your review. I look forward to your urgent response.

My brother Yousef is 11 yo, he's very skilled at making kites This distracts him a little from the
war
...
He ran out of wood, nylon, staples&string to make kites,so I decided to buy em for him,to rekindle his passion for his love.
I always try to be by his side during these difficult circumstances bc I know how it affects children, and bc even though I am older than him by many years,l find it difficult to overcome this suffering.

Recently, I am collecting donations to buy a new laptop which costs $1000 here, relatively expensive due to the blockade and scarcity of devices here in Gaza, after the screen of my previous laptop burned out, which I use to organize and write all my writings and take my online exams on for my last semester in university.
