#GGST #GGST_ZA In situations where you are too far to get c.S but not advantageous enough to get f.S, such as in a situation like this against FD, 5K > 66BRC > c.S > 214H > f.S > 236X is also a good option to reset pressure, however costs slightly more meter than FPRC.

#GGST #GGST_ZA Due to the increased attack level on f.S, this is now doable gapless off f.S as well as 5H, although the window is tighter. Nice considering we will likely want to be using this a lot more this patch after the sun void nerfs.

#GGST #GGST_ZA Short example of running strike throw by pushing the opponent past eddie's hitbox during sandwich pressure to make him whiff and then going for a tick throw where you usually couldn't. I find this works best with frog but it is also possible with drills.

#GGST #GGST_ZA Doing sun void to extend pressure post wallbreak is very meter inefficient due to its long tension penalty, wasting the tension bonus positive bonus gives you. To get around this it may be better to unsummon using BRC or FPRC, which can be made gapless! Example clip has gaps though

#GGST #GGST_JC 5H RRC triple overhead mix that only works if they're crouching on 5H, but you can react to them stand blocking and simply not do it. Gapless. Best done with a servant out so you can follow up with 214K after the j.P. You can also go for empty low, but it's weaker. Neat concept

#GGST #GGST_JC Corner bomb blockstring/pressure reset off throw I was experimenting with. DP safe meaty, highly resistant to FD, and can be made fully gapless. Maybe good to build meter before S/H Cheer?

#GGST #GGST_JC Most people are aware of the 2D > c.S& > 236K& > 214K OTG combo, and that it can work off corner throw with a servant already out, but it doesn't seem to be common knowledge that throw > 236P > 2P& lets you do it without a preexisting servant.

#GGST #GGST_JC After a charged WA HKD reset, instead of going for DYM you can attempt a much higher reward gapless bomb mix-up which you can safejump into. If they FD, run up 5K instead of c.S works just as well for the mixup. Low variant is c.S > 2K. Also this is manually timed.

#GGST #GGST_JC 236D > 236[P] > 236236H > 2K is a 1 f frametrap, 2P is gapless but it's harder to get stuff off of it especially against FD. After 2K you can do 236K or 214K (2D pushes them too far to follow up)

#GGST #GGST_JC Doing 5H&(whiff) into 214H is +3 and spaced out of 3 frame mash button range, allowing you to frametrap with 2K into running bomb mix/resets. Weak to FD as if they FD you must either use meter or do something like microdash 5K which will only clash with 5 frames.

#GGST #GGST_JC Finally, the throw mix. You'll need a slight run up but if done well you get to combo off it. Also, if they throw tech or backdash, they're forced to block the bomb which may allow you to keep pressure! However, do note that throw becomes much less consistent with FD. (5/5)

#GGST #GGST_JC The mix off this is pretty nice because it allows you to continue pressure on block and get big damage on hit. However most of it is after the last c.S and is mashable by some characters, so you may need to condition them to not mash by doing delay 2H for a frametrap as shown. (2/5)

#GGST #GGST_JC Decent bomb H cheer / mix off 2D that I labbed immediately after the season 3 patch. 236P > 6H(1)* > 214H > c.S > 2H > 214K > dash > c.S&(whiff) > delay > c.S > 2H > 236236H > 236P. Gapless and allows for some pretty wacky pressure after. There are also mixups you can do here... (1/5)

#GGST #GGST_JC PRCing a throw like this in the corner with a servant there will turn it around. It stays turned around as long as you don't hit it, so this could have corner crossup mix potential. Fast PRC also works. I don't know of anything worth the meter with this but it's good to document

#ggst #ggst_JC sameside version. input is relatively strict to hit crouching and is barely beaten by 6Ps, which punish the landing recovery. This means the setup is theoretically vulnerable to OS which i may revisit later to fix (2/3)

#ggst #ggst_JC Crossup RRC mix off c.S&(whiff). Gapless until RRC, which beats everything I have tested and is plus on block.
Note that because of how RRC works, the crossup must be blocked BEFORE the RC super freeze; switching after will not register. More of a concept than anything (1/3)
