I guess I'd add a bit of nuance to say that women aren't completely silenced - although sadly people of all genders who have been abused, very often are silenced by the CofE.
In the more patriarchal spaces though, you're right, we need men to be the ones speaking up.

So true. Also, so many women are raised from birth to believe they should submit to male leaders, husband etc., this ingrained rhetoric makes many of us incredibly vulnerable to being exploited - but that's completely overlooked

They only need to look at their own policies and those of the previous government to understand what's driving the increase. Austerity will always lead to an increase in numbers of people experiencing mental ill health.
