For me, it means that even the Grand Wizard of Mar-a-Lago has to share his ill-gotten white fascist gains with a black man and another good man whose flag is still flying at half staff. That's what I will be celebrating on Monday.

Me too. And devastated. Forcing myself to not stay in those feelings so I can do some meaningful resistance is a huge challenge, but I will do it.

No, not precisely, although I take your point. WE are the gift that God gave to counter just such arseholes as Trump. That is a theme common to most OT stories. The little people can overcome huge odds against them to do amazing things.

Well, you will be. But they are going to overreach big and overreach fast. Wait til all of those MAGAs find out the Rs mean it. I will die without Medicare, but I don't think they will get that far before it blows up in their faces
