It's a terrible movie... and though i only suffered through 20mins of it, i thought AR did a great job...committed to the role and pulled off his lines and acting well enough to suit the part, and the film.

That's assuming his target audience knows the difference. And they don't. The dumbing down of 'merca's education system coupled with ridiculous post-secondary ed costs ensures a base ripe for manipulation. And they love it.

tRump is the sideshow, the distraction to eat up the news cycle, while the real players are manipulating the levers of power. He's not this clever. He's an asset. They don't care how much he fucks up, they'll just wash it away with gaslighting and lies.
