Spent time with Ellen before she had to go to NYC, went for a 162km ride, and rebuilt a carburetor. Solid ‘dad stuff’ work today.

Remembrances & rituals. 85mi for #FondoOfTheMonthClub N°84 in a row. 7 years and counting—at least one ride over 100km per month. Started matching miles to the count. Having a goal keeps me on the bike, stretching the legs and clearing the mind. As always, a good day out. #cycling 139km/805m/5:19

Leo & Henry are our 3rd and 4th! We really love the breed too (Henry is the tricolor, 10mo old, and Leo is the sable, about 2 1/2)
