I had no intention of renewing my Costco membership. I don't care for the stores and they only take VISA or Debit cards. Parking lots suck, check out lanes suck - hated the experience.

Kansas City is a mess! 20-min drive turned into over an hour. Multiple large trucks stuck on hills. Slow driving and one asshole maneuver (sorry, drivers, but you were all sitting there facing uphill and I had to pass you to keep moving or risk getting stuck with you) got me home.

Forecast is calling for snow in KC tomorrow and I'm all for it. Monday is my first day back at work in nearly two weeks, and I'd love to work remotely.
I work a four-day week, 60/40 remote/on-site split. I'm pretty fortunate to have that schedule. Still, I'm ready for retirement.

I’m unsure about putting up the Christmas tree. Our grandson enjoys pulling down everything not permanently secured. I would hate for him to have a tree toppled upon his head.
