"You just have to learn to put up with it. Certain of the players, led by the legendary Oh, are of American major league quality, he said, but "Where they've got 10, we'd have 500 over here. But Oh could play here. He is a great athlete. He wouldn't hit the home runs here that he does over there, but he'd hit for average. He has that swing really grooved. It is a genuine science with him.

This seems relevant
The Modesto Glow Riders have a very intricately designed logo on their X account for a team that hasn't revealed its logo yet. (It's a fox wearing a neon hat with an "M" on the front.) In the larger X image, the fox is holding a baseball, and a bat, and apparently driving a lowrider convertible. "Glow Riders", get it?
