It should. The key is “ballistic.” A ballistic missile doesn’t change course once it’s fired. But if the missile is guided, and can change path, Iron Dome can’t follow.

It's hard for me to see any value in the opinion of a man who used his office to personally steal everything from people who had almost nothing just because they didn't have a house to live in.
