Nope: CIA officer Reuben Efron was opening Oswald’s mail long before the assassination, and Secret Service agent, Paul Landis, said he found the so-called “magic” bullet in the limousine and placed it on President Kennedy’s stretcher. But Warren Commission’s findings still stand officially.
