Murphy and Shaheen should check in with reality sometime soon. Americans view Dems as weak pushovers. Doormats. That is not the sort of image that will excite voters and get them to the voting booth. Left-leaning voters will just stay home if the Dems won't fight the good fight.

Saying the ACA subsidies are in limbo is a little like saying the Jets are going to turn it around and win the Super Bowl 3 months from now.

The evidence is all there. The will to do anything about it, however, is not.
