That is spot-on. I reassure myself by remembering that lots of what The Orangeutan has done (excepting ruining our relationships with allies and cozying up to (so far) winner of the 21st century’s Worst Human) has been by mostly executive orders that are unenforceable. But, wow, Canada: our bad.

It feels good to cancel the WaPo subscription after this latest erosion. My friendly suggestion for all of us cancellers and boycotters: take the cost of what you cancelled and didn’t spend on Bezos-owned enterprises and subscribe to a local news org/paper or send a donation to a journalism org.
