That’s the thing with Jeffrey Combs, you never know where he’ll appear next!😂

It’s about time they finally addressed that!😂👏

Sounds like unnecessary nitpicking. I can always understand you in your videos. I swear some people are still snobs about elocution and speaking “the Queen’s English”. We can’t all talk posh or like the old style BBC programmes.🙄

Good heavens to Betsy! Fetch the rosary, George.😱Seriously, what century are these people living in?😂

I’ve actually got three of the Trek Tubbz myself. I’ve got Spock, Troi and a mini Picard.😂🦆

I think that’s a good example. Most previous Star Wars shows, especially Mando, felt and looked like a movie that’s been chopped-up into episodes of a TV show. My worry is that the movie will look and feel like an extended episode, rather than a big-screen, big-budget movie.

While I’m still looking forward to it, I think that the line’s been blurred too much between TV and movies, at least in terms of visual style and production value. Movies used to be the ones with massive VFX, sets, explosions etc. So, even if the story’s not good, it still looked amazing.

Absolutely! I love spotting reused sets throughout Trek. It’s a time-honoured tradition at this point.😂👏

That answers a question I had, which was how it had managed to stay there since the 23rd century, considering the SNW-era Bridge and uniforms (in the comic). I guess the designers had a bit of a retro vibe going on.😂

I actually really enjoyed all of those shows. Yes, some episodes were better than others but I’d in no way call them “bad shows” or blame anyone who made them. When I do rewatches of all the modern shows, I watch ALL the episodes, which I never do for the older shows.

If you’re finding 7 episodes of a 10 episode show bad, it’s probably a sign that the show’s not for you. That’s totally alright, as not everything’s enjoyable for everyone. But, there’s just too many people forcing themselves to watch and actively hating on it week after week.

Having been a Trekkie since I was a kid, I’m very much used to them reusing sets multiple times. It usually gives me a lot of joy recognising them. I mean, we had the SNW Enterprise Bridge reused in SFA this week, much to some people’s annoyance.😂

TNG has been and always will be special to me, as it was my first ever Trek as a kid. But, at the same time there are definitely a lot of episodes I skip on rewatches. It’s one of my arguments whenever people complain about modern Trek seasons being too short.
