I need to as well. I was playing sports soon after I started hrt which helped some with loss of muscle mass, but I still am not as strong as before.

You can get the strength back! As long as you keep working out or doing physical things you’ll rebuild what drops!

I had this happen to me once! I used to live on steep hill, had a corgi try to roll on his back for belly rubs and just kept rolling down the hill till he managed to find a way to get his stubby legs out enough to stop!

But yeah. Need to replace things. Voice box replaced with chrome that can play my voice but also sound files? Ears I can adjust an EQ and volume controls on? Arms that I can tinker with and add tools and computational gear to? Goddess that would be perfect.

That’s actually very possible! Especially if your T was being suppressed effectively. Low levels of both leads to fatigue, amongst other symptoms. When my estrogen levels are down I struggle to have enough energy to get through a day.

I’m glad to see this kinda thing extends outside of my hockey tape bandages that happen so often!
