Well, if they are blocking an interstate there will definitely be a large police response/presence and there's the potential for injury so I'd expect EMS.
Given all the issues with the Gaza protests, I don't see how you can avoid having a law enforcement presence.

Hello. I'm probably dating myself, but I don't appreciate protests that block traffic or cause disruption. These kind of activities pull law enforcement and first responders away from other potential emergencies.

What's your source that media have largely moved from X to Bluesky? I'm not seeing that.

Will just add that X is where the federal decision makers are so don't blame NTSB for being there.
