I finally saw some Northern Lights!

Some good news from the Akron almost-mansio. Progress!
On 11-4-25 I conducted a final inspection of the above-noted property for Akron Housing Code requirements. Violations that we're previously cited were inspected to see if they had been satisfactorily completed. All violations cited on the orders issued to you on 4-18-25 have been corrected and the file for this case is now closed.

I'm ran this picture through a bunch of filters to try and approximate a Corot painting. It was taken at The Inn at Honey Run in Millersburg, OH during our annual fall foliage getaway.

Grabbed a pic of the ravine at the Akron almost-mansion before we left this evening. The project is behind schedule and over budget, but the view remains spectacular.

#running It's not all multi-purpose trails by the river and wooded metro parks. Sometimes it's alleys in SoHud. 5 miles. 10:09 per mile.
