AEA requires declaration of war or invasion by foreign nation/govt. 50 U.S.C. 21.

That looks like a new defamation claim to me. E. Jean Carroll should get that complaint filed. If Clinton v. Jones taught us anything, a sitting President CAN be sued civilly for acts unrelated to the office and occurring before taking office.

Trump is upset about Jimmy Carter’s death taking away from his big day. Wait until he realizes that Jan. 20 is the CFP championship, and the American people will be ignoring his inauguration for college football.

Well we got there and there was a big sign and a chain across across the dump saying, "Closed on Thanksgiving." And we had never heard of a dump closed on Thanksgiving before, and with tears in our eyes we drove off into the sunset looking for another place to put the garbage.

Mandate no more. Trump falls below 50%. It’s official - more people voted against him than voted for him. Yes, he’ll be president, but he’ll be a weak president. We need to fight him every day.
