I don't understand the stigma. The brain's not special; it's just another organ. Dodgy pancreas? Take insulin. Too much stomach acid? Take indigestion meds. Too little serotonin? Apparently you're a failure and a bad person...? Bullshit to that. It's not a moral failing just because it's your brain.
