Another option is for the provincial govt to take over leases of shuttered dept. stores in malls. They have space, loading docks, parking and attract people to the malls. You can also set up medical Centers in the upper floors. Solves many problems: recycling, healthcare and revitalizing malls.

I have not had a convenient Beer store near me for several years. Most have closed. The closest one often cannot accept returns because they are overcapacity. I have given up and throw empties into the recycling bin. It is not worth the headache and traffic to only return home with my empties

Totally agree with all of you however the headline is misleading. Tickets limited to 4 states NY, NJ, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Even Boston fans cannot go. Not a direct Canadian affront.

Many are against burning garbage but it is so much cleaner and efficient than the past. Education is key and please continue to promote your ingenuity and future vision to encourage other regions to do the same. Also consider pyrolysis solutions that capture gases for reuse. Great potential.
