To what extent do you think the terrible writing is intentional? It’s easy to hide the ball behind where the editor’s pen would tear apart the obfuscation and poor logic, especially when you would need an entire well of red ink to mark this up. Some people never evolve past submitting BS papers

Along with the “what is the ‘putative class’” issue, a shadow docket note: We do not *know* it was a 7-2 vote to issue this order. We only know that Thomas and Alito noted their dissent (and that Alito is writing). Justices do not need to announce their votes on applications (the shadow docket).

There’s a good argument for putting healing in the ‘quick pouch’ versus the ‘pouch’, but I don’t expect him to have actually known that. Pressing y+direction faster than holding down+x, and you don’t have to switch your active item in the hotbar. Eg, helpful for Kukiris to keep up posture dmg

Apple does this with a series of images that are displayed based on the scroll position. I don’t know if they use a specific library or tool, but that’s generally what is going on.

I appreciate the positive case of being able to envision a world where a federated system can also be an integrated system, but that is not the world we currently live in. It requires a framework shift that we don’t have much policy push for, and it’s difficult to see how we get there in the US
