There must be an audience for these commercials that tout AI subbing in for normal human connection. I am sure there is someone out there who doesn't die inside a little bit every time he watches. Right?

(and four of the 11 perfect innings came against the Pirates with the Brewers holding an eight-run lead)

Still thinking about: Since return from injury, Jacob Misiorowski appeared in 34 innings and allowed multiple baserunners in 16 of those. Only 11 were 1-2-3. Amazing faith in his ability to put him on NLDS roster at all.

Last night: Three 0R innings. A baserunner in each frame, but never two.

William Contreras, after answering all other Q's in Spanish, flipped to English when asked who he 'called' on the HR celly.

"Brewer fans. I'm going to do everything for the Brewer fans. I'm going to do everything for my teammates. I want to be the one of best on the plate. ...

"Now it's showtime."

I, for one, never once suggested on a podcast this team couldn't homer enough.

No one said this. Slander.

The Brewers must have prayed in the name of Willy Adames, because the three-run homers have arrived.

Disappointed in the lack of a Gibson fist pump.

Andrew Vaughn's homer being the first three-run homer in franchise postseason history (no grand slams either) is just a crazy, crazy stat.

Andrew Vaughn had not homered since Aug. 15 in Cincinnati for the team's 13th straight win ... in that game the Brewers were down early, and then Vaughn hit a three-run homer and the Brewers came back to win.

We never got a Vaughn's Valley banner

No, Dave Roberts was not on the 2003 Red Sox team managed by Grady Little, in case you looked it up. He was acquired midway through that 2004 season, silly.

They are taking the field so I don't think so. Gonna be right on time.

I respect the Dodgers bullpen for keeping the postseason from getting boring. Salute.

I saw far more Brewers fans in the concourses of Cincinnati during the winning streak than Cubs fans here tonight.

When the bases are loaded with two outs and Orion is pitching, I think it'd be better if Gamecast filled the first and third "out" bubbles.
