@americanair.bsky.social The saga continues. On the plane. 20+ minutes waiting for paperwork. They then had the wrong paperwork. Now waiting for them to remove a ballast pilot says should never have been added. Not a good day for American Airlines.

board says “boarding in 12 minutes” when I can see on the AA app that the plane will not arrive at the gate for at least another 20 minutes. Still waiting for previous flight to deplane and board still says we leave in 5 minutes. No excuse for sharing false information with customers!
